Every dish reflects this spirit. From the buttery Salmon Red Curry that nods to Thai coastlines to the bold Lamb Rack glazed with spiced tamarind reminiscent of Middle Eastern souks and Indonesian street food, the menu is a collection of stories told on plates. The Garang Asam Barramundi brings soulful Javanese memories into a lighter, contemporary frame, while the Roast Chicken with Herbs Butter distills comfort into something fragrant and timeless.
One dish, in particular, has already become a favorite among guests, Nasi Campur Manado. This homey, regional plate features chicken woku, corn fritter, sambal roa with sauteed papaya leaves, which surprisingly retains a touch of bitterness yet doesn’t overpower the whole flavors. It’s a meal that feels rooted in tradition and deeply satisfying—like something made in a home kitchen rather than a restaurant with flavors that are bold and familiar.
Drinks follow the same path. Whether sipping the Hazelnut Milk Punch for its creamy warmth or tasting tropical notes in Guava All the Way, the bar menu mirrors travel’s sweet surprises. This season’s dessert, Sunset Lagoon by Chef Jasper, builds layers of chocolate, citrus, and crunch, echoing the golden hour along distant coastlines.
