Guests will be welcomed with a signature mocktail crafted for the celebration before exploring a wide array of brunch favorites. Key highlights from the menu include Slow Roasted Beef Rib Eye served with tarragon herb mustard, creamy cheese potato, and natural jus; Greek-style Lamb Cutlets paired with mint yoghurt sauce; and a theatrical presentation of Salmon Coulibiac, carved tableside from a gueridon trolley, featuring rice, mushroom, egg, and lemon dill sauce. Other offerings include Roasted Spring Chicken with sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, and almonds, and Glazed Pork Leg finished with an orange honey mustard glaze and smoked barbecue sauce.
