Barramundi, a soft and delicate fish, comes lightly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, on the other hand, offers deep flavor and a tender finish. Both showcase attention to detail and a balance of texture and taste. The evening wraps up with a dessert called White Cloud. It blends creamy vanilla, a crisp meringue shell, and a light ginger broth. The combination gives a refreshing and gentle end to the meal.
