Alila Seminyak is introducing a multi-day Easter programme in early April, combining a seafood-focused coastal brunch at Seasalt, a taco pop-up at Beach Bar, and a range of family-oriented activities set against its oceanfront setting in Bali.
The programme is structured across several venues within the resort, with the main dining focus centred on Seasalt Restaurant’s Easter Sunday Coastal Brunch on 5 April 2026.
Seafood-Led Coastal Brunch at Seasalt
At Seasalt, the Easter brunch highlights the restaurant’s ingredient-driven approach, beginning with a chilled seafood selection that includes whole lobster, endeavour prawns, Banyuwangi oysters, flower crab, ansari clams, and green mussels, alongside an oyster station offering four different preparations.
Japanese-influenced elements are incorporated through dry-aged sashimi and maki rolls, while the carving stations feature dishes such as Salmon Brioche, M5 Wagyu Oyster Blade, and smoked charcoal seafood.
Additional à la carte dishes are available throughout the brunch, including Wagyu short rib with Kalimantan black pepper and Crab Claw Benedict, allowing guests to move between buffet selections and made-to-order plates.
The dessert selection reflects seasonal and Easter-inspired flavours, with options such as Bedugul strawberry cake paired with organic matcha, traditional Simnel cake, yuzu egg tarts, sakura panna cotta, chocolate truffle eggs, and soft-serve yogurt, alongside breads and artisanal cheeses.
Beach Bar Taco Takeover
Alongside the brunch, Beach Bar introduces a more casual format with a two-day takeover by Taco Island on 4 and 5 April.
The menu focuses on burria-style tacos, offering fillings such as beef, chorizo, and shrimp, as well as mini beef quesadillas, served on corn tortillas with avocado salsa. The concept provides a contrast to the structured brunch, leaning towards a relaxed, open-air dining experience by the coastline.
Wellness and Family Activities
Beyond dining, the Easter programme extends to Spa Alila, which offers a series of treatments during the weekend, including facial add-ons and a Balinese Detox Delight combining coffee scrub, massage, and acupressure techniques.
For families, Play Alila hosts a full day of children’s activities on 5 April, including face painting, egg decoration, and a chocolate egg hunt, alongside childminding services for added flexibility.
A Multi-Format Easter Experience
The Easter programme at Alila Seminyak is designed as a multi-format experience, moving between a structured seafood brunch, casual beachside dining, and supporting activities across the resort.
By combining these elements, the offering reflects a balance between destination dining and leisure-focused experiences, anchored by Seasalt’s coastal approach to ingredients and cooking.
