Afternoon Tea: A Cinematic Culinary Journey
A collaboration between Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini has created an Afternoon Tea experience that showcases the richness of Thai ingredients. You will be welcomed with a glass of Thai Crémant and Jasmine Cold Brew Iced Tea before indulging in a curated selection of sweet and savory delights, including Thai Lobster Salad with Makrut Lime and Caviar, and Tom Kha with Lemongrass and Coriander Essence. Additionally, you can enjoy a Corn Tartlet with Whipped Corn Vanilla Ganache and Caramelized Popcorn, as well as a Thai Tea Infused Madeleine.
The White Lotus Bar: Cocktails with a Story
Four Seasons has created a curated cocktail menu that pays tribute to the iconic settings from the three seasons of the series. Beverage Manager Philip Bischoff and BKK Social Club Head Bartender Chunyanuch “Ning” Yodsuwan have crafted the following cocktails; Pineapple Suite with tropical vibe that captures the vibrant energy of Maui from Season 1, The Lotus as a sophisticated nod to the romantic allure of Taormina, Italy, featured in Season 2, Coconut Paradise that celebrate Koh Samui as the filming location for Season 3, and The White Lotus Gimlet that showcases a coconut lotus syrup.
