Welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, beginning on 19 February 2026, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan presents “Batalin di Senayan,” a communal iftar program that will be held in Lidah Lokal. Their vast menu in buffet form features Indonesian cuisine through a special menu collaboration between Chef Ragil Imam Wibowo, Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year 2018, along with Chef Raynaldo, Executive Chef of ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan.

The whole objective from Chef Ragil Wibowo is to introduce people dishes that are usually hard to find in Jakarta, or otherwise impossible. Hence, most of the ingredients used for the dishes are sent from the original region to maintain the flavor as close as possible.

This overall collaboration invites guests to explore Indonesia’s rich gastronomic heritage. Beginning in dishes from Aceh, continuing to Tapanuli with the distinctive zing of andaliman, through to East Nusa Tenggara, known for its bold, vibrant heat, and a smoky aroma infused from traditional cooking techniques. The journey continues to Southeast Sulawesi, where seafood and land-based ingredients come together before concluding in Maluku, the famed Spice Islands to celebrate freshness, aromas, and bold pairings of seafood.
