Mozaic Gastronomic Restaurant in Ubud is throwing a Chinese New Year celebration on 25 January 2025 featuring a special 6-course dinner that highlights the bold flavors and traditions of Chinese cuisine. If you’re planning to grab a bite with family, friends, or that special someone, this one-night-only event is all about good food and great memories.

Chef Blake Thornley and his crew have whipped up a menu that mixes authentic, Chinese-inspired dishes with Mozaic’s unique twist, all using fresh, seasonal ingredients. And to make the night even better, there will be two specially crafted Chinese New Year cocktails: The Sichuan Highball and Sichuan Negroni, made with Ming River, the original Sichuan baijiu from the Luzhou Laojiao Baijiu distillery. These cocktails are created by Bili Wirawan, the Best Mixologist of 2024 from Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
