Beach Bar at Alila Seminyak is joining Negroni Week 2026 with a special cocktail menu featuring five drinks built around Campari. The annual global event takes place from September 21 to 27, with the beachfront bar serving the selection throughout the week.
Located along Petitenget Beach, Beach Bar offers an oceanfront setting with daybeds and lounge chairs, alongside cocktails, food, and live entertainment. The Negroni Week menu brings together classic recipes and contemporary variations, with each cocktail highlighting Campari’s characteristic bittersweet profile.
Five Campari Cocktails
The selection begins with the Classic Negroni, made with Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth. The Chocolate Negroni takes the familiar recipe in a richer direction, while the Ameroni offers another interpretation of a Campari-based cocktail.
The menu also includes the Classic Americano, a lighter and more refreshing option, and the Campari Spritz, a sparkling cocktail suited to the beachfront setting.
All five cocktails are priced at IDR 220,000++ per glass and will be available throughout Negroni Week.

Live entertainment will also be offered from Friday to Sunday, adding music to the beachfront setting during the event.
