La Petite Maison (LPM) Bangkok is launching a series of Tomatini Weekend Lunches, celebrating the restaurant group’s signature tomato-based cocktail through a dedicated dining experience available across two weekends this summer. The promotion takes place as part of LPM Bangkok’s limited-time residency at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, which runs from 1 June to 31 July 2026.
Available on 20–21 June and 18–19 July, the special lunch programme centres around the Tomatini, a savoury cocktail that has become one of LPM’s most recognisable creations since its introduction in 2010.
Created by award-winning mixologist Jimmy Barrat, the Tomatini combines Campari tomatoes, Ketel One vodka, three-year-aged white balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Inspired by the sweet, sour, and savoury flavours of tomatoes, the cocktail has become a signature part of the LPM dining experience across its international locations.
A Tomato-Focused Menu Inspired by the Mediterranean
To accompany the cocktail, LPM Bangkok has developed a Tomatini Set Menu, priced at THB 1,990 per person, available exclusively during the two promotional weekends. The menu highlights tomatoes through a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes and seasonal ingredients.
The meal begins with a selection of starters including Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes & Basil, Yellowtail Carpaccio with Guacamole & Citrus Dressing, and Red Prawn Carpaccio, a dish inspired by a popular menu item from LPM Hong Kong.
For the main course, guests can choose between several signature dishes. Homemade Gnocchi with Cherry Tomatoes showcases vine-ripened tomatoes paired with soft handmade gnocchi, while Grilled Chilean Bass with Chilli & Lemon Confit and Marinated Baby Chicken highlight LPM’s Mediterranean grilling techniques. A side of Broccolini with Chilli & Ginger completes the meal.
Desserts include Strawberry & Vanilla Éclair, combining fresh strawberries with vanilla cream, and French Toast with Spice Ice Cream, LPM’s interpretation of the classic French pain perdu.
Guests may also add the Tomatini Pairing Experience for THB 990 per person, offering free-flow servings of the signature cocktail throughout the lunch.
Exploring the Story Behind the Tomatini
Alongside the menu, LPM Bangkok will introduce a dedicated Tomatini Garden Experience, designed to showcase the ingredients and preparation behind the cocktail.
The activation includes a Tomatini Cart and Counter where guests can watch live demonstrations of the cocktail being prepared, while also learning about the different tomato varieties used throughout LPM’s food and beverage programme. The experience highlights how varying levels of acidity, sweetness, and umami are incorporated into both the Tomatini and selected dishes on the menu.
The Tomatini Weekend Lunches will be available exclusively on 20–21 June and 18–19 July 2026, offering Bangkok diners a limited opportunity to experience one of LPM’s most recognised signature creations through a dedicated food and cocktail programme.
