February at InterContinental Bali Resort brings a series of seasonal dining events spanning Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year, with menus centred on Italian, Japanese, and Chinese culinary traditions. Set along Jimbaran Bay, the resort is introducing time-specific dining formats across multiple venues, positioning food as the focal point of the month’s celebrations.

Valentine’s Day at Bella Cucina and KO Restaurant

On 14 February 2026, two distinct Valentine’s dining experiences will be offered at Bella Cucina and KO Restaurant.

At Bella Cucina, the “Day of Wines & Roses” dinner features a five-course Italian set menu priced at IDR 1,950,000++ per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional IDR 850,000++ per person. The menu opens with Antipasti Carpaccio di Polpo, followed by Pasta Ravioli al Formaggio and other classic Italian courses, concluding with a shared dessert. The dinner is accompanied by live Italian serenade, reinforcing the traditional format of a seated, multi-course Valentine’s meal.

Meanwhile, KO Restaurant presents “Love in Shibuya,” a five-course Japanese set menu inspired by Tokyo’s contemporary dining culture. Priced at IDR 1,950,000++ per couple, the experience combines teppanyaki and sushi preparations with open-kitchen service, framing the evening through interactive cooking techniques and modern Japanese flavours.

Lunar New Year Buffet at Jimbaran Gardens

The resort’s Lunar New Year celebration takes place on 16 February 2026 at Jimbaran Gardens, priced at IDR 699,000++ per person. The buffet-style dinner highlights traditional Chinese dishes associated with prosperity and reunion.

The evening begins with a ceremonial Century Yee Sang Salad, tossed tableside as part of the customary prosperity ritual. Guests can then move through a series of buffet stations, including a fresh salad bar, a Yum Cha corner featuring dim sum, and multiple live cooking stations offering Chinese specialities. The setting, arranged in an open-air garden environment, reinforces the communal nature of the celebration.

Across both Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year, InterContinental Bali Resort structures its February programming around clearly defined dining formats — from plated Italian and Japanese tasting menus to a symbolic Chinese buffet — positioning food traditions and shared meals at the centre of seasonal observances in Jimbaran.
