Chagee is bringing something new to Indonesia this weekend—two thoughtful additions that reflect its growing presence and evolving tea culture. On 24 October 2025, the brand will open its first Tea Concept Store at Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, while also introducing a collection of plush toys called Bes-tea Plushie across all its stores.
The new store in Bekasi offers more than just drinks. It’s designed as a quiet space where visitors can slow down and enjoy tea in a more mindful way. Inspired by traditional tea houses but styled with a modern touch, the store features curated displays, calming interiors, and interactive installations that explore the origins, aromas, and textures of tea. It’s a place where people can learn, reflect, and connect—whether through the brewing process or the stories behind each blend.
Chagee sees this store as a way to show that tea isn’t only about taste. It’s also about the moments shared, the atmosphere created, and the values carried in each cup. For three days following the opening, guests can take part in special activities and discover limited-edition items prepared for the occasion.
Alongside the store launch, Chagee is also unveiling its Bes-tea Plushie collection. These soft toys are inspired by the brand’s signature tea flavors, each one representing warmth, friendship, and positive energy. With eight characters in total, the collection turns the act of drinking tea into something more playful and personal. The plushies are available through the purchase of a “Bes-tea Plushie Bundle” which includes a selected large-sized milk tea and one plush character.
The plushies have already been well received in other countries, and now fans in Indonesia can enjoy them too. Chagee is offering themed bundles in-store, and several locations are hosting interactive experiences—like a giant plushie installation at PIK Avenue, a claw machine at AEON BSD, and cozy corners in selected malls where visitors can relax and take photos. Whether through a quiet sip or a cheerful snapshot, the brand hopes these new offerings will encourage people to pause, connect, and enjoy tea in a way that feels personal and sincere.
