Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is joining the global celebration of Negroni Week 2025 at Nautilus Bar, where Bar Manager Julian Briggite has crafted a special cocktail menu inspired by the timeless Italian classic. Running throughout September, the program unfolds in two chapters, offering aperitif-style cocktails in the first weeks and bolder, inventive creations toward the finale.
From 1–22 September, guests can enjoy three light and refreshing aperitif-style serves: Red Tide, Panda-Moonium, and Cinful Sip. From 23–30 September, the menu shifts to spotlight playful twists, such as Mezcalita Bonita, Coco-Locooo, and Sakura Tini, alongside collaborative Negroni creations from other Four Seasons bars, including Ash & Gold and Mix Fruit Negroni.
This initiative marks the 13th anniversary of Negroni Week, a worldwide movement founded in 2013 that unites bars and restaurants in celebrating the classic Negroni while raising funds for charitable causes. Since its inception, the event has raised millions for organizations focused on food security, sustainability, and education. In 2025, proceeds will once again support Slow Food, an international network active in over 160 countries, dedicated to preserving biodiversity and promoting local communities.
Set against the backdrop of its spice-inspired concept and nautical décor, Nautilus Bar provides an ideal setting for this global occasion. Located within Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, Nautilus draws inspiration from the city’s historic Sunda Kelapa port, a hub of the spice trade. Known for its storytelling approach to cocktails, the bar features an intimate atmosphere, rich wood accents, and a drinks program that often weaves in Indonesian heritage and global influences.
“With this year’s Negroni Week menu, we wanted to capture both the spirit of the classic and the creativity of the bartending community,” said Bar Manager Julian Briggite. “Each chapter reflects a different mood, from aperitif elegance to playful experimentation, while staying true to Nautilus’ identity of blending heritage with innovation.”
Guests are invited to raise a glass and join the celebration at Nautilus Bar, where every sip contributes to the global Slow Food movement, supporting the future of food and community.
