The Westin Jakarta launches a month-long culinary collaboration with Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, spotlighting authentic Vietnamese cuisine at its all-day dining venue, Seasonal Tastes. Throughout June, guests can experience a rotating selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes crafted by guest chef Nguyen Ngoc Thinh.

Currently Chef de Cuisine at Madame Son restaurant in Danang, Chef Nguyen brings over a decade of fine dining experience to Jakarta. Known for his passion for Vietnamese and Indochinese culinary heritage, he integrates traditional flavors with subtle modern interpretations.

Available during dinner service, the Vietnamese Culinary Journey menu includes signature dishes such as Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pancake with tiger prawn), Phở Bò and Phở Gà (rice noodle soup with beef or chicken), Tôm Chiên Sốt Me (deep-fried tiger prawn with tamarind sauce), and Cơm Chiên Ghẹ Phú Quốc (wok-fried rice with crab meat from Phu Quoc). For dessert, guests can enjoy Chè Khúc Bạch (almond panna cotta lychee sweet soup) and Bánh Da Lợn (steamed Vietnamese layer cake).

The buffet is priced at IDR 588,000++ per person on weekdays and IDR 658,000++ on weekends.
