To commemorate Singapore’s 60th year of independence, Carlton Hotel Singapore has launched a new Local Delights Menu at Café Mosaic, accompanied by special promotional pricing for its weekday international lunch and weekend seafood buffet offerings.

The new Local Delights Menu offers a casual way to enjoy Singapore’s beloved dishes. Priced at $19.90 per set, the menu includes a choice of Bak Kut Teh, Char Kway Teow, Seafood Mui Fan, Hainanese Chicken Rice, or Braised Soya Chicken Drumstick. Each set meal is served with seasonal fresh fruits and unlimited soft drinks and juices, making it suitable for quick lunches or fuss-free dinners.

In addition to the à la carte sets, Café Mosaic continues to serve its Weekday International Lunch Buffet, available Monday to Friday. Priced at $58 per adult with 30% discount and $18 per child, the buffet includes a variety of hot mains such as Scallop with Kabayaki Sauce, Pork Rib in Oriental Sauce, and Oven-Roasted Lamb Leg with Herb, along with cold entrees and desserts.

Seafood enthusiasts can also enjoy the ‘Truly Singapore Flavours’ Seafood Buffet, offered Thursday to Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch. Priced at $128 per adult with 50% discount and $38 per child, the buffet features a wide range of seafood including freshly shucked oysters, Black Pepper Crayfish, Sambal Sotong, and Steamed Fish, alongside sauces and side dishes that complement local flavours.

These culinary offerings are part of Café Mosaic’s broader effort to honour Singapore’s diverse food culture, combining heritage dishes with accessible dining formats for both locals and visitors during the SG60 celebration period.
