Wabi-Sabi has unveiled its Autumn Grand Omakase Menu, a seasonal dining experience that highlights the flavors and ingredients most celebrated in fall. Available from 28 September until the end of December 2025, the nine-course menu reflects the elegance of autumn through carefully curated dishes.
At the center of the menu are persimmon and plum, fruits that bring vibrant color and natural sweetness to the season’s offerings. These are paired with premium seafood including Hamachi (yellowtail), which develops a richer fat content in autumn, and Madai (sea bream), renowned for its peak flavor and texture at this time of year.
The omakase also showcases Goguma (Korean sweet potato), harvested from late summer to early autumn, bringing earthy sweetness and warmth that signal the arrival of cooler days.
“Autumn is a season of depth and richness, and this menu is a reflection of that,” said Patrick Suwondo, Chef de Cuisine at MDA Restaurants. “Each ingredient has been chosen to honor the season’s essence—simple, elegant, and unforgettable.”
The Autumn Grand Omakase Menu is priced at IDR 1,350,000++ per person. Reservations are required in advance.
