Fountain Lounge at Grand Hyatt Jakarta launches Red Afternoon Tea in celebration of Valentine’s Day. The special offer is available daily from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM throughout the month of February 2022.
The Red Afternoon Tea set brings together savoury and sweet delicacies with a touch of red. The savoury section consists of smoked salmon tartlets, roasted beef on puff pastry sable, truffle brie berliners, and cucumber, cream cheese and mint sandwiches. Equally tempting, the sweet offerings include mahjong pralines, rose macaroons, almond raspberry tarts, strawberry mint cheesecakes, bite-sized lapis legit squares, pisang goreng and scones with luscious marmalades. Each set comes with Moscato, rosé wine, fragrant tea or coffee pairing for two persons. On Valentine’s Day, the Red Afternoon Tea presents heart-shaped pralines that cherish the mood for romance
Fountain Lounge is located on the mezzanine level of Grand Hyatt Jakarta, featuring front-row seats overlooking the iconic landmark of Bundaran HI. Other than afternoon teas, loyal patrons come to Fountain Lounge to relish light bites and various beverages, including cocktails and coffee mixes. Another unique feature at Fountain Lounge is the Ripples technology, a special machine that prints guests’ personal photos on the surface of their coffee.
