Entering the month of February and to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Mare Nostrum Jakarta will launch a special 9 courses ‘Amor de Soiree’ menu offered from 11 February to 14 February 2022 at IDR 595,000++/person with terms and conditions applied. Amor de Soiree set menu is tailor-designed by Chefs Director from 2 Michelin stars restaurants, Disfrutar Restaurant Barcelona and Compartir Restaurant Cadaques in Spain..
Amor de Soiree menu includes ‘La Rosa’, a starter dish specially curated by our Chef team. La Rosa (apple cru with grenadine and rose essence) is served in the form of pure fresh and whole roses, sliced apples and rose essence. Other starters we serve in the Amor de Soiree menu are Croqueta (Roasted eggplant with miso cream and katsuobushi) and Bunuelos (Potato and Tuna mash with garlic Aioli). Broccoli and Celery (Fresh salad with gorgonzola, walnuts and mustard vinaigrette) and Minestra (Seasonal vegetable with coconut and spiced cream) as Appetizers.
For the main course, you can choose between Barramundi Suquet, Spring Chicken or Black Angus Rib Eye. Before we head down to dessert, Mare Nostrum will specially serve Mojito (Mint, sweetener and sour drop) as a palate cleanser. And as for desserts, Mare Nostrum presents a treat for those who have sweet tooth, Catalana (Fresh Strawberries with mango sorbet and catalana foam) and Choco Bomb (Chocolate ganache bonbon).
