Beyond the new menu, the Aqua Margarita will be featured in honor of Singapore World Water Day. This vibrant blend of Tequila, Blue Curacao, and Lime Juice serves as a refreshing reminder of the importance of water conservation.

Debuting on March 17, 2025, the new menu features five distinctive cocktails, each crafted with a different spirit and drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of Singaporean cuisine.

  • A Nostalgic Twist: Old Fashioned Nonya (Whisky-based). This refined take on the classic Old Fashioned is a tribute to Nonya Kueh, infusing the drink with the aromatic essence of Pandan and Gula Melaka, creating a truly nostalgic experience.
