At Bel Étage, the hotel’s grand dining venue, the festive calendar begins with a Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Brunch, and Christmas Day Dinner. Each event features an elaborate spread of seasonal dishes, where classic holiday flavors are presented with the restaurant’s signature flair. The setting combines opulence and warmth, reflecting the essence of holiday gatherings—abundance shared among loved ones.
For a more intimate experience, Madeleine House offers a four-course Christmas Celebration Menu available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The menu, designed for leisurely dining, emphasizes refined flavors and comforting notes, enjoyed against the backdrop of live melodies and candlelit ambiance.
Across the hotel’s outlets, festive cocktails take center stage. Traditional favorites like Eggnog and Mulled Wine are available throughout the property, while specialty drinks such as the Poinsettia, Buttered Rum, and the Santarita are served at The Drawing Room, Rosé Gourmand Deli, and The St. Regis Bar, where the mood turns lively with music and holiday cheer.
This December also introduces a new family tradition at the hotel—Breakfast with Santa—hosted at Madeleine House from December 12 to 14. The Hampers de Lumière collection returns for the season, available in three editions—Lumière Royale, Noble Lumière, and Petite Lumière—each carefully assembled to reflect the spirit of giving. Complementing the collection is Gâteau de Noël, a festive creation by Chef Kevin Lee, and a limited-edition Afternoon Tea de La Mer, served at The Drawing Room in collaboration with luxury skincare brand La Mer.
Adding a distinctive highlight to this year’s festivities, The St. Regis Jakarta unveils the Swarovski Suite, a reimagined version of its Empire Suite adorned with Swarovski’s holiday crystal collection. Guests staying in the suite will receive Swarovski keepsakes and festive treats, marking a unique collaboration that blends hospitality and artistry.
As the countdown to 2026 approaches, the celebrations culminate with New Year’s Eve Dinner experiences at Bel Étage and Madeleine House, followed by a Countdown Celebration at The Drawing Room featuring live music from LaidThis Nite. The St. Regis Bar continues the festivities into the early hours, offering champagne, cocktails, and music in the elegant setting that defines The House of Astor.
