Sriwijaya Restaurant will showcase exquisite degustation dinner for the Christmas Eve featuring Hokkaido scallop, Porcini cream, rock lobster, turkey roulade, US prime beef short ribs and roasted thyme peach mille feuille. Opulent menu for the New Year’s Eve will include pan-seared foie gras, lobster bisque, red mullet, probiotics spring chicken, wagyu beef rib eye and 70% dark chocolate couland.
