Popular modern tea house brand from Taiwan, The Alley, have open its latest store at Plaza Indonesia. With more than 300 outlets worldwide, The Alley is known for its iconic Deer logo. Their most famous Deerioca series, uses handmade tapioca pearls cooked with their homemade brown-sugar.
After successfully launched their first store in Senayan City Jakarta back in 2020, on December 7th the Alley opens its second outlet in Plaza Indonesia. Serving some of their most popular drinks such as the Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk, Matcha Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk, Cocoa Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk, Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brulee Milk, and Royal No. 9 Milk Tea.
Their signature Brown Sugar Deerioca Series offers a creamy fresh milk paired with a warm delicious tapioca that is slow cooked in brown
sugar for 2 hours to get those maximum flavours. Other favourite you can try is the Crunch Milk Tea Series as seen on the popular Netflix Korean series “The King: Eternal Monarch”. One you can try is their Crunch Tiramisu Milk Tea, a tiramisu base made from coffee mixed in a rich mascarpone and then topped with cocoa powder.
In order to maintain the quality and consistency, The Alley commits to producing their own sugar cane syrup that contributes to the delicate yet non-overpowering sweetness, and handpicking the tea used in all of their drinks. Their special Deerioca pearl is also specially prepared and handmade from scratch and each batch of pearl is freshly cooked and only used for 2 hours.
Welcoming the festive season, The Alley presents its special Christmas Drinks menu available from 20th December 2021 until 9th January 2022. The special menu features Snow Strawberry Christmas Smoothie topped with matcha butter crisp and dried Strawberries, Snow Strawberry Cocoa Milk Tea with Assam black tea base topped with snow velvet matcha and Oreo Crumbles, and Mochi Strawberry Smoothie.
