This year, Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue unveils a new Signature Teochew Yam Mooncake which made from Taro and layered with crispy skin in results a combination of sweet
and salty taste from taro and the crispy skin.
Returning for a third year by popular request the traditional baked Mooncake selection for Single Yolk and Double Yolks are available with contemporary creations, immersed full of smooth and silky lotus paste to satisfy and delight all palates. A classic baked selection also featured 6 types of flavours: White Lotus, Red Bean, Pandan, Black Sesame, Coconut Pandan and Golden Corn.
Start the celebrations with the traditional Yee Shang, raw fish pieces mixed with shredded vegetables, complemented by sauce varieties and seasonings. The restaurant raises the dish to the next level, flavors and premium ingredients adding raw salmon and truffle sauce, while retaining the traditional Yee Shang. Followed by BBQ platter and other traditional cuisines, serving guests on Chinese New Year’s Brunch and Dinner celebration.
