The Raffles Breakfast package offers the lavish Raffles breakfast at your very own dining table. With a choice of Raffles mixed omelette with roasted tomatoes and sausages, or Nasi goreng, fried egg, sambal and pickled vegetables, the package also comes with a selection of berry flavored yogurt and granola, morning bakeries, seasonal fruit and fresh salad, with beverage choices of coffee, iced tea, or refreshing juices.
The lavish Heritage Package serves beloved Raffles classic in a beautiful bamboo packaging. Diners can choose package options for two, four, or six diners, as well as personalize their choices of starters, main course, and dessert.
Diners can start their meal with choices of lumpia Semarang, udang mekalas, or kepiting soka. Raffles signature main course are also available to choose from, namely the gulai cumi & nangka, tiger prawn, spring chicken, and Bebek Goreng Tepi Sawah “Dirty Duck”. For dessert, all are sweet and scrumpitous: the papua vanilla panna cotta, ivory cheesecake, strawberry basil mousse, and deconstructed black forest.
For celebrations at home, the culinary team at Raffles has prepared an array of Raffles Celebration Packages. On the menu are the Raffles Salmon en Croute, Whole Roasted Lamb Leg, Roast Turkey, and Whole Roast New Zealand Tenderloin. All of the selection comes with side dishes of caesar salad or mushroom soup, and choice of strawberry basil mousse or ivory cheesecake for dessert.
To quench your thirst, the refreshing Raffles Signature Beverages are also available. Diners can choose from the iced shaken or loose leaf Raffles Jakarta Tea by TWG, Single Origin Cold Brews (Toraja Sulotco, Aceh Gayo, Sumatra Mandheling, or the Raffles Jakarta Nitro Coffee and Es Kopi Susu.
