At the heart of this culinary vision are Chef Muhammad Maliki, Chef Alvin Christanto, Chef Hendrianto Ariowibowo, Chef Putra Anom, and Chef Theo Setyo. Chef Maliki, a long-time member of the Raffles Jakarta family since its pre-opening in 2014, now leads the kitchen as the hotel’s first Indonesian Executive Chef.
