The iconic tea lounge at Fairmont Jakarta reopens its doors starting 15 September 2021 and bring about delicious delicacies for its guests with its new artisan French pastry creation alongside its well-known signature afternoon tea set.
For the first time ever, Peacock Lounge is launching a collection of artisan Eclair featuring a variety of contemporary and imaginative flavours that will change seasonally. Pastry Chef Deden chose eclairs as it presents so much opportunity to be creative.
The new éclair selections include the King of Fruit, which features light French choux pastry filled with creamy durian mousse and topped with coconut merengue. Other delicious flavours include Salted Caramel Popcorn, Guava Rose, Green Tea Mango, Raspberry Indulgence, Hazelnut, Lavender Blueberry and many a selection of savoury ones like Salmon Cream Cheese, Truffle and Comte Cheese. All are made in-house by Fairmont Jakarta’s talented pastry team and they are perfect to be served as a treat with coffee or tea, or presented as a decadent gift box.
