JAPFA Food, through its premium brand Olagud, has partnered with Kitchenette, part of the ISMAYA Group, to launch the Fried Chickenette Series, a limited-time menu spotlighting the use of high-quality probiotic chicken. The new series was officially introduced at Kitchenette South Jakarta on 29 September and will be available until 15 December 2025 across 16 Kitchenette outlets.

Themed “From Farm to Home,” the collaboration underscores a shared commitment to quality and healthier food options. The three featured dishes are Whole Fried Chickenette — a karaage-style whole fried chicken served with three sauce options, Smoked Cheddar Chickenette — crispy chicken paired with smoky cheddar cheese sauce, and Chickenette Pop Classic — bite-sized chicken served with a sambal pop twist.

All dishes are prepared with Olagud’s probiotic chicken, which is naturally raised on a probiotic diet under clean and environmentally friendly farming practices. The process ensures chicken that is not only healthier and more sustainable but also superior in nutrition and taste. 

The menu launch was accompanied by a cooking demonstration and talk show with professional chefs to educate the public on the importance of choosing safe, nutritious, and sustainable food ingredients.
