The Nusantara Food & Hotel (NFH) Expo 2025 officially opened today at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, running until 6 July. Held under the theme “Tap into Indonesia’s Finest Delicacies”, the expo aims to accelerate the growth of Indonesia’s food, beverage, and hospitality sectors by spotlighting local innovations and providing a comprehensive platform for business interaction.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Yuke Sri Rahayu, Deputy for Cultural Creativity and Design at the Ministry of Creative Economy, alongside leaders from major industry associations including Chef Susanto (Indonesia Chef Association), Chef Tusyadi (Indonesia Pastry Alliance), and Gusti Laksamana (Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia). Representatives from the organizer PT Debindo Global Expo, Rafidi Iqra Muhammad and Erico Tri Ariska, were also present at the ceremony, which featured a traditional Jaipong dance performance.
NFH Expo 2025 serves as a central hub for professionals and entrepreneurs in the F&B and hospitality sectors to explore the latest products, technologies, and trends. Over the course of four days, visitors can engage directly with more than 100 leading brands such as GEA GETRA, Gastro, Sanwoo, Tecnogas, Barco, Sasa, Tofico, and Sleep Center. Exhibitors are presenting a wide range of innovations including high-quality ingredients, cooking equipment, and operational solutions for restaurants and hotels. Attendees can take part in product demos, consultations, and exclusive promotional offers.
In addition to the exhibition, NFH Expo 2025 features a series of industry-focused events.
