This November, Sriwijaya Restaurant at The Dharmawangsa opens its doors for a special collaboration with one of Bali’s most intriguing Indonesian fine dining restaurants, Nusantara by Locavore.
Guests are invited to an epicurean journey to discover forgotten, ancient recipes that shaped today’s Indonesian cuisine, with a focus on traditional flavors and indigenous, less-known regional dishes, exclusively prepared by Chef Ray Adriansyah from Nusantara and the team from The Dharmawangsa Jakarta.
