On Saturday, October 23rd, 2021, Chef Maxie Millian of Aperitif, Ubud join Mamaka for the first volume of Mamaka Social. Guests can enjoy a lavish 6-course tasting menu cooked over fire, starting with Swordfish Tozoru, Smoked Chili, and Shimeji Furikake paired with Bacio Della Luna Rose Sparkling, BBQ cuttlefish with chive & prawn butter and pistachio dukka, paired with quomo organic sauvignon verdejo, charred octopus by Aperitif paired with Vina Castro rose, grilled sirloin paired with Coppiere Chianti. To end the dinner, guests will be indulged by Aperitif’s Peach  & Kombucha Greeck Yogurt & Lemon Verbana, and Mamaka’s very own Smoked Banana wth Cocoa Nib Miso and Dark Chocolate. Dinner will be accompanied by European wines, paired and served free flow by Wine to Be.
