PA.SO.LA Restaurant & Lounge proudly announces its collaboration with local pitmaster, Winsen Barbecue. The pop-up dining event will be held on 3, 4, 10, and 11 September 2021 and take place in the outdoor area of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place on level 8 to accommodate a safe dining experience. Along with this special occasion, selections of new regular cocktails from PA.SO.LA will also be introduced, presenting artisanal beverages using exquisite ingredients from around the archipelago. This highlights the restaurant’s mission to Celebrate Local.
 
The restaurant invites guests to delight in Winsen Barbecue’s signature Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Brisket and also PA.SO.LA’s special Flame Barbecued Crispy Pork Belly on 3, 4, 10, and 11 September 2021, from 4 PM – 8 PM. The event “LET’S ‘MEAT’ AGAIN”, features the delectable food presentations and intimate ambiance, surrounded by a lush garden and relaxing breeze of air in the middle of Jakarta’s cosmopolitan essence.
Inspired by the beauty of Indonesia, four PA.SO.LA Bartenders also present new handcrafted cocktails, with a modern twist. They are aspired to create harmony in taste and flavor from exotic roots, such as Sumatra Pepper Andaliman, Kulat Pelawan Mushroom from Bangka, Javanese Basil, Balinese Nangka, Nutmeg from Maluku, and many more to define the rich and structured islands of the nation.
