Bringing home the European nostalgia to the Jakarta dining scene, starting on Sunday, 24 April 2022, Tom Aikens will launch the highly-styled Sunday Roast.

Elevating dining experience in the heart of Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), a project close to both The Langham, Jakarta and Tom Aikens, Tom’s, has managed to attract epicurean significantly since its opening day in September 2021. The award-winning restaurant is one of the most fascinating gastronomic ventures and social gathering places overlooking the spectacular view of Jakarta’s skyline located on the 62nd floor of the hotel.

Bringing home the European nostalgia to the Jakarta dining scene, starting on Sunday, 24 April 2022, Tom Aikens will launch the highly-styled Sunday Roast serving sumptuous options as starters such as foie gras and chicken liver parfait with grape chutney and French brioche, treacle-cured salmon with homemade dill ricotta and smoked potatoes, yellowtail ceviche with pickled cucumber and agave. Tom’s is proudly introducing Gueridon trolley service of meat carvings options to our customers, such as Prime Rib Roast, Rack of Lamb, Rotisserie Chicken, and Chilean Seabass with fresh garnishes and accompaniments. For dessert lovers, a variety of home for British-styled desserts like pistachio frangipane, vanilla cheesecake with raspberry, and apple almond tart will delight all the sweet admirers. The Sunday Roast is available at IDR 688,000++ per person for the main dining hall table and at IDR 888,000++ per person for the table by the window, inclusive of a complimentary welcome drink from our signature cocktail trolley.

Tom Aikens will also launch the highly expected New Gourmet Indulgence curated by himself starting on Monday, 25 April 2022. Guests are also able to discover new menu experiences served from Monday to Saturday during lunch at 12 – 3 p.m. and dinner 6 – 10 p.m. on weekends. Our guests will be pampered by our new signatures dishes like wagyu truffle slider and oysters citrus & champagne for snacks and clam chowder, lamb mulligatawny, and cioppino as our soup selections. For pasta lovers, lamb ragu, mushroom, and truffle, or lobster and uni fettuccine will definitely be a must-try menu to order.

Adding a new experience to the table, Tom’s will be serving white and red base pizza to our guests. With selections of burrata, prosciutto, truffle, and mortadella for white base pizza, and smoke Hungarian style pepperoni, fennel sausage, margarita an,d spice nduja for red base pizza. The woodfire grill will be the highlighted main course to experience, we will recommend a 45-days Himalayan salt dry-aged USDA prime or black angus and wagyu beef and will be served with selections of sides menu like lobster mac and cheese, Hasselback baked potatoes, creamed spinach and many more.

For dessert, a traditional British homemade desserts like sticky toffee pudding, whiskey dark chocolate tart, and salted caramel popcorn sundae are the finest desserts at Tom’s for guests to enjoy. For a vegetarian menu, our Chef will impress our guests with menu selections that are hearty, nourishing, and full of amazing flavors like brioche cheese toasties, tomato shorba, caesar salad, wild mushroom, and truffle risotto, mushroom and truffle fettuccine, burrata, truffle or margarita pizzas and many more.

Tom’s also features a mezzanine lounge that overlooks the restaurant with circular steel stairs connected to the cozy wooden cladding bar which specializes in the largest and most varied whiskey selections in Jakarta. Guests also have an option to sit around the Chef’s Table corner placed in the Marrone open kitchen showcasing the lively process, the Himalayan salt-dry meat lockers will age the best quality beef; the wood-fired grill will layer complexity into any simple flavor; the épicerie likeshelves will offer a wide variety of charcuterie and cheeses along with wide selections of wine.
