Kopi Kenangan has achieved the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) record in the category of Opening the Most Coffee Outlets in One Week.

Kopi Kenangan, an F&B company with a New Retail concept with the fastest growth in Indonesia, continues to carry out its strategy of expanding its network and reach in order to be closer to the market and meet customer needs. In 2022 alone, Kopi Kenangan has a target of opening 100 outlets per quarter, and to meet this target, Kopi Kenangan on April 18-24 2022 (one week) officially opens 26 outlets at once in 13 cities in Indonesia. For this achievement, Kopi Kenangan won the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) record in the category of Opening the Most Coffee Shops in One Week.

Focusing on the development of the local coffee industry while carrying out a vision to make it easier for consumers to get quality coffee, Kopi Kenangan now completes its portfolio of locations with 26 new outlets spread across the cities of Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Cirebon, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Bali. , Pematang Siantar, Banjar Baru, Balikpapan and Purwakarta Regencies. In addition to opening 26 Kopi Kenangan outlets in one week, Kenangan Brands, the parent company that oversees Kopi Kenangan, Cerita Roti, Chigo and Kenangan Manis, also opened 5 new Chigo outlets. So in total, Kenangan Brands is recorded as opening 30 new outlets in one week.

Regarding the opening of 26 Kopi Kenangan outlets in one week which won the MURI record, Chin Hou Goh, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kopi Kenangan, explained, “We are very grateful for the appreciation from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) to Kopi Kenangan. The enthusiasm and demand for Kopi Kenangan certainly motivate us to reach areas that were previously unreachable by our outlets.
