1. SaladStop!

SaladStop! aims to bring a new dimension to salads and fast food approaches. 2. Grains of Glory

Grains of Glory offers a healthy feast with a wide selection of grains, proteins, and veggies. You can try their creation of Indonesia’s traditional dish, Padang Pop!, serves with organic red and white quinoa and healthy Ayam pop. Another menu you can try is their Japanese inspired Glory Bowl; Hibachi is a donburi salmon steak served with green tea soba and Asian greens complete with yuzu tomato salad, Japanese furikake and donburi sauce. Grains of Glory also have several plant-based and vegan menus, or you can try to create your bowl with a selection of base, protein (including vegan & plant-based protein) sauce, and your own choice of toppings. Aside from a healthy brunch menu and variety of salads, Grains of Glory also offers a weekly plan where you can enjoy 10 nutritious meals for lunch and dinner every day for 5 days.

3. Hijoo

Hijoo presents a new option to enjoy the salad. Combining Indonesian flavours to their menu, you can try their Urapan, urap served with grilled chicken, roasted sweet corn, tempeh bacem, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts Peyek, and Sambal Matah dressing. Another menu with a local Indonesian flavour is Pasaran Versi Lokal with grilled chicken, Kemangi, and grapefruit. Served in a bowl or wrap with a tortilla, one of the things that make Hijoo unique is their crispy grilled cheese for their wrap. With 6 different menus, Hijoo aims to sell healthy and fulfilling salads with local flavours at low prices.

4. The Roots

Located in COMO Park, Kemang, The Roots offers a menu inspired by local flavours and Western, Asian, and some Mediterranean cuisine. Their concept is to serve food rich in nutrients dominated by plant-based foods. Their Signature salads selection includes Smokey Southwest, breaded chicken with romaine lettuce and smokey southwest dressings, while their vegan salad option consists of Mediterranean Falafel Bowl with Falafel, burghul mix, kale and Mediterranean dressing. Aside from the hearty salad bowl, The Roots also offer some Grain Bowls and Burgers selection in non-vegan and vegan options.

5. Terra Eats

Terra eats first opened its doors in December 2019. Their main goal is to make it accessible and approachable as possible towards healthier and more responsible eating. Born from the idea to provide nutritious food with a good variety of options that also taste great, Terra Eats is a one-stop-shop for anything relating to health and wellness in food—providing a wide variety of menus that you can choose, starting with salads and hot bowls which you can customise. Highlighting balanced and healthy meals, they also provide Meal plans with several options, such as those who wanted a meal plan for weight loss, a plant-based diet, or those who wanted to try clean eating. Aside from that, they also provide a range of healthy baked goods such as cookies and oatmeal loaves.

6. Fedwell

Fedwell presents a whole food bar concept that allows customers to customise their food choices according to their respective diets and restrictions. With a ‘healthy warteg’ experience that offers a wide selection of delicious and low-calorie food menus. Collaborating with Chef Renatta Moeloek as their chef consultant, their cooking technique ensures that the food’s nutrients are not lost in the cooking process. Guests can choose the salad filling according to their taste, ranging from fresh green vegetables, grilled vegetables, healthy proteins such as grilled chicken breast to quinoa as a substitute for rice. Aside from the healthy bowl option, Fedwell also provides some low-calorie desserts such as cookies, cakes, dessert jar and their famous Vegan Croffle.
