From 9th of April to 30th of September 2021, take part in Elle & Vire’s Dare to Share challenge. You can participate simply by following the steps below:

  1. Post one photo of your pastry/dessert creation on your Instagram account,
  2. Tag @elleetvirepro, @elleetvirepro_indonesia, and @sukandadjaya on your post,
  3. And send the recipe to stephanie.widyowati@savencia-fd.com, with the subject of #daretoshare, by the latest of 30th of September 2021.

Five photos and recipes will be chosen by Chef Nicolas Boussin on 1st – 15th of October 2021, and five creations will be invited for a taste evaluation on October 2021 (dae to be confirmed), with live coverage. The judging panel will include Chef Gilles Marx of Amuz Jakarta, Chef Priscilla Wignjopranoto (Elle & Vire Professionnel Ambassador, Chicory, Jakarta), and Chef Edwin Soeryajaya (Elle & Vire Professionnel Ambassador, Ambrogio, Bandung).

First winner will win 1 unit of KITCHENAID® Professional Mixer; second winner will win Elle & Vire® Professionnel Excellence Cream supply worth IDR 10.000.000; and third winner will win 1 set of Global® knife.
