AKAR Jakarta

As the name implies, AKAR Restaurant wants to explore the roots of Indonesian culture through food. Serving Indonesian dishes with a modern twist, for this Chinese New Year, AKAR Restaurant prepared a special limited edition menu only available for this auspicious occasion. The famous Dukzhang is a fully deboned 48 hours dry-aged Peking Duck with Chinese sausage, Shitake mushroom, Salted egg yolk, Pork belly, and glazed with honey. Other dishes you can try include Crispy Pork Knuckle, to hearty Tomahawk steak “Bistik Kenangan”. As for dessert, their Musang King Egg tart is definitely sweets not to be missed especially for Durian lovers.

Experience a delightful and exclusive elevated dining experience to begin the prosperous year of the Water Tiger at PA.SO.LA restaurant. From Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner, brunch, and Chinese New Year’s day dinner, the hotel have prepared special delicacies such as Barbecued Crispy Black Heritage Pork Belly, along with some traditional dish like Gold Cured Hamachi Yee Sang platter.

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta celebrates the auspicious new year with a Lunar New Year Roar-union at Signature Restaurant. Special offers for this special occasion have been prepared. Cocktail bar and restaurant Pantja have prepared a selection of fine dishes for you to spend with your loved ones. Some special dishes prepared for the celebration including Roasted Suckling Pig marinated with fermented tofu, five spices; Black Bean Maine Lobster, Steamed Whole Fish, and a special Pantja Lo Hei complete with smoked salmon, carrot, radish, beetroot, spring onion, peanuts, orange, ginger, sesame seeds, and plum sauce.
