Chef Anne-Sophie Pic makes a return to Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic and will be present at the restaurant with her presence from 6th – 8th November for lunch and dinner services. On Thursday, 7th November, a Prestige Rhône Valley wine pairing dinner awaits, highlighting the region known for producing wines with exceptional aging potential.

During her visit, Chef Anne-Sophie will showcase the new autumn tasting menu with new dishes like the Glazed Japanese Iwashi eggplant caviar and ponzu, Wagyu beef suffused with kurumame and Coffee sweet potato “pomme dauphine” and Smoked sobacha or the Forêt Noire douglas pine, vanilla, guanaja chocolate, and pine buds ice-cream for lunch and dinner together with Head Chef Marc Mantovani, which blends regional Asian influences with the essence of French tradition in her innovative cuisine. Chef Anne-Sophie and Sommelier Chef Paz Levinson will elevate the gastronomic experience at Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic with a new wine pairing experience, the “Prestige” Wine Pairing featuring a rare 9-glasses pairing from Maison Pic’s cellar that will be available until 31st December.

The launch of “Suffusion,” a new book authored by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic will be launching her new book, “Suffusion,” in December. This book explores her signature culinary philosophy of Suffusion, wherein aromas enter a new flow, expressing themselves at their very best through astonishing new tastes and sensations through the use of different techniques from the French culinary tradition, such as marination, infusion, steeping, or smoking. “Suffusion” is a part recipe book, part art book, offering insights into Pic’s cooking style, philosophy, flavor pairings, and unique approach to texture. This rare peek into her world took two years to produce, reflecting her elegance and intricate sensibilities in its design. Baccarat celebrates 260 years with the New Antique anniversary collection

In celebration of its 260th anniversary this year, Baccarat unveils intricate decorative pieces now displayed in Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic from the New Antique Collection designed by renowned Dutch designer Marcel Wanders. Building on their past work together, including the Harcourt glass and the magnificent Zenith chandelier, this collaboration with Wanders symbolizes the enduring flame of passion passed down through generations, enriching heritage through rich storytelling. To celebrate this special occasion, Ms Maggie Henríquez, Chief Executive Officer of Baccarat, will also be visiting Hong Kong from 6-8 November.
