Known for its refined approach to Italian cuisine, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito offers a combination of classic and modern dishes, reimagining traditional flavors with innovative techniques and high-quality ingredients.

Located in the heart of the resort, the restaurant features an intimate 24-seat dining space, surrounded by a peaceful reflection pool and illuminated by soft ambient lighting. Open exclusively for dinner, it sits atop Uluwatu’s limestone cliffs, providing breathtaking ocean views that enhance the dining experience. Bali-Inspired Signatures

Chef Niko Romito, in collaboration with Resident Chef Alessandro Mazzali, has developed eight signature dishes exclusively for the Bali location. These creations incorporate local seafood, herbs, and spices, blending Italian culinary traditions with Balinese influences.

Among the Bali-inspired dishes are cold tagliolini with sea urchins, parsley, and chili, risotto with oysters, lemon, and red mullet roe, and linguine with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chili, and pink prawns. Other standout offerings include snapper tartare with green pepper, Wagyu beef fillet with asparagus and black summer truffle, and leopard coral grouper with asparagus, rosemary, and lemon sauce.
