The 50 Best Signature Sessions series will take place in Seoul from March 22 to March 26, 2025, as part of the festivities leading up to Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, which will be held on March 25, 2025. This series offers food enthusiasts a unique opportunity to experience exceptional dining collaborations featuring renowned chefs from across Asia and beyond, promising once-in-a-lifetime culinary experiences at some of the city’s finest restaurants.
The extensive program, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, will culminate in the highly anticipated awards ceremony that reveals the 2025 ranking of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, including the prestigious title of The Best Restaurant in Asia. Diners in Seoul or those visiting for the awards can indulge in exclusive dishes crafted by celebrated chefs during this special event. Born & Bred x Chef Tam’s Seasons
Kicking off the series, acclaimed chef Kwok Fung Tam from Macau will collaborate with chef Kyung-hwan Min of Born & Bred to celebrate the opening of Born and Bred Original. This exclusive dinner will highlight Korea’s seasonal ingredients, particularly vegetables, infused with Chef Tam’s unique culinary style.
