Raffles Jakarta’s all-day dining destination recently unveils a new dining concept. Arts Café by Raffles offers a myriad of gastronomic experiences. Expertly prepared by Arts Café by Raffles’ new executive sous chef Lukman Hakim and his team, here are some of the new culinary highlights at the restaurant.

Open for lunch and dinner, The Show Kitchen is an a la carte private dining experience with an evolving menu. Every week, Chef Lukman and his team prepare a different menu of modern Indonesian cuisine, cooked à la minute in the open-kitchen and served at the intimate private dining room.

A dedicated Japanese Corner is a special new treat when guests join Arts Café by Raffles’ lunch and dinner. Guests can savour a curated section featuring tantalizingly displayed fresh and premium seafood dishes. Guests can feast on fresh Sashimi Salad, Art’s Signature Rolls made of unagi, Wagyu beef tataki and prawn tempura; daily selection of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls; and many more

Sunday brunch is given a whole dose of opulence with the launch of #BrunchAtArts. The restaurant is transformed into an epicurean haven every first and third Sunday of the month. From 11.30 am to 3 pm, the restaurant redefines what it means to indulge on an array of Japanese seafood delights, special dishes of the day from the Show Kitchen, dim sum from the cart, tableside treat, lavish pass around, Nusantara and globally-inspired buffet selection, as well as curated desserts from Raffles Pâtisserie.

“We wish to pamper our guests with culinary creations made of premium ingredients, prepared à la minute and served on their tables. From Arts’ Eggs Benedict with caviar to Josper-grilled, triple-cooked Parmesan Steak Frites with Tomato Confit and Natural Jus, #BrunchAtArts is all about taking your time to enjoy flavoursome Sunday indulgences,” says chef Lukman.

The highly coveted Raffles Pâtisserie signature cakes, freshly-baked artisan bread, viennoiserie, dessert, and ice cream are also available for the sweet-toothed. Don’t miss the chance to taste the creations of Raffles Jakarta’s Pastry Chef Anom. Arts Café by Raffles has also prepared a series of special events throughout the year, from an exclusive chef’s table dining experience with Chef Lukman to an exciting collaboration with renowned guest chefs.
