Tom’s by Tom Aikens at The Langham, Jakarta will present Noche Argentina, a limited-time dining experience highlighting Argentinian cuisine and wines, running from 23 January to 17 February 2026. The programme introduces a set menu format inspired by traditional Argentinian flavours, with selected opening nights offering curated wine pairings.

Curated by Chef Diego, Noche Argentina focuses on the fundamentals of Argentinian cooking, drawing on comfort-driven dishes, open-flame techniques, and premium beef cuts. The experience begins with à la carte snacks served during the early phase of the programme, including beef empanadas inspired by a family recipe, choripán with criolla sauce, and chipa cheese puffs, offering an entry point into familiar Argentinian street and home-style food.

At the centre of the menu are wagyu cuts prepared over open fire, paired with Argentinian wines during the opening evenings on 23 and 24 January. These pairings include selections such as wagyu picanha, bife de chorizo, and bone-in bife ancho, matched with Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec 2022. From 25 January onwards, the experience continues as a set menu dinner without wine pairing, placing the emphasis on the food itself.

The opening nights will be attended by Gustavo Ricardo Coppa, Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina to Indonesia, underscoring the cultural context of the programme and its focus on national culinary heritage.

Through Noche Argentina, Tom’s by Tom Aikens frames the dining experience as a focused exploration of Argentinian food culture, presented in a time-bound format that combines tradition, technique, and regional identity high above Jakarta’s skyline.
