Tatemukai - Japanese

Led by Chef Tate, Tatemukai is a well-known omakase-style restaurant serving authentic Japanese specialties. Their menu ranges from Sushi, Wagyu Beef, Seared Salmon, etc. 

The term “omakase” is derived from the phrase “I leave it to you,” and the chef will select the best foods to give to visitors.

The fine-dining restaurant located in Grand Indonesia, Central Jakarta, adopts the concept of authentic Japanese dining. The interior design is made of wood and stone materials, offering the nuances of nature. 

Txoko - Spanish

The Basque Autonomous Region is home to nearly 30 Michelin-starred restaurants. Located in northern Spain and neighboring the southwest of France, this region is rich in a mixture of cultures reflected in its cuisine. The charm of Basque dish served by Chef Oskar Urzelai in the intention to bring a small slice of his hometown here.

The word Txoko comes from the Basque language, which means cozy corner. As the name implies, this restaurant serves comfort in an attractive dish on a plate. Basque seafood dishes should not be underestimated as an area with a stunning coastline. 

They are not only proud of their seafood dishes, but one of Txoko’s dishes that catches attention is their Australian Beef Tartare, served with homemade apple sorbet. The Australian minced beef is served raw, with a mustard and pickle mix. The way to eat it is unique; mix every bite of meat with apple sorbet. The burst of refreshing sour taste seems to wake up all your senses when you taste it.

Sudestada - Argentinian

Sudestada, located in the lovely Menteng area of Central Jakarta, lights up the Jakarta dining scene with its mouthwatering Latin food and an Argentinian flair. Sudestada Jakarta, Jakarta’s first Asado fire pit, immerses guests in vibrant Argentinian culture and lifestyle through a full dining experience with its vast choice of authentic cuisine and lively neoclassical interior and décor.

Sudestada means “strong wind,” and it’s eerily similar to the cool, forceful air before a big storm. In Argentine tradition, the name is considered lucky and brings good fortune. Sudestada Jakarta’s original Latin flavors are expressed in its three concepts, the grill, bar, and café, led by Argentine chef Victor Taborda. The shared menu brings people together over food, much like an “Asado” or a treasured family gathering around the grill.

 

Pierre - French

The Union Group’s Pierre offers a look into a quiet day in a classic French bistro, where award-winning Chef Brandon Foo’s traditional French fare is served tastefully against the backdrop of a pleasant and rustic home.

The restaurant, which has taken over the location previously occupied by Emilie, provides a calm respite from Senopati’s mayhem. Brandon’s years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Australia, and Switzerland have given him a mastery of French techniques, but his passion for rustic cooking and seasonal ingredients takes precedence. 

Following the restaurant’s concept, the menu offered is a variety of classic French dishes. Such as, the Charcuterie Platter consists of Chicken Liver Paté, Serrano Ham, and Duck Saucisson; you can choose two kinds of Rilette duck, pork or salmon, then Cornichons, Lentils, and complete with Baguette.

Queen's Tandoor - Indian
