In a step towards a unique culinary experience, SMARA Kitchen and Coffee is proud to present a new menu based on catfish prepared with innovation and high culinary expertise.

Featured dishes:

1. Mangut Keraton

Mangut Keraton has roots in Central Javanese culture, especially in the Keraton which is linked to Javanese culinary heritage. Smoking using traditional coconut smoke and wood provides additional distinctive flavors. The catfish is a special catfish fillet from female catfish that live in a separate pond for 95 days.

2. The Flying “Forgotten” Fish with mango rujak and lobi-lobi sambal

Each catfish piece is specially prepared with seasonings that give a unique texture to every bite. SMARA Kitchen and Coffee presents a refreshing and aromatic special sambal from lobi-lobi.

“This is a new taste experience that will make your tongue fly! We want to present the best comfort food that is usually enjoyed in our hometown. There is something different for all taste buds,” said Ina Susanti owner of Smara Coffee and Kitchen. The new menu launched on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 at SMARA Kitchen and Coffee.
