Roganic Hong Kong, the pioneering MICHELIN starred and MICHELIN Green-starred establishment by Simon Rogan renowned for its innovative approach to modern European cuisine, is proud to announce an exciting collaboration with Chef Kevin Wong of one MICHELIN starred and MICHELIN Green-starred Seroja restaurant from Singapore, taking place on 4th and 5th March, for two dinners only at HK$1,980 + 10% per guest. This second collaboration of the year is part of an exciting series of events to celebrate Roganic’s fifth anniversary celebrations and follows the event with Quintonil (ranked #9 in World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023) from Mexico that will take place on 23rd – 24th February.

Seroja, meaning “lotus flower” in Malay, is known to celebrate the rich and diverse culture of the Malay Archipelago’s. The restaurant celebrates unique regional influences and culinary traditions, and overall flavours that are rooted in the Malay Archipelago.

The collaboration dinner menu will include fuseau artichoke and whipped ragstone, urban mushroom farm’s oyster mushroom xo by Roganic Hong Kong, spiced fish floss with raita & mint by Seroja, sunrise tomatoes from farmhouse productions with nasturtium and cod roe by Roganic Hong Kong, hand-dive scallops with laksa leaf sauce & roti paung by Seroja, cold wheat noodle tossed with century egg emulsion & winter truffles by Seroja, day boat seabass stuffed with manila clams, moon kee watercress and mr wu’s courgette by Roganic Hong Kong, 14-day dry aged duck, young yellow moon carrots, sauce infused with mountain marigold vinegar by Roganic Hong Kong, paneer cheesecake with yellow tropical fruits by Roganic Hong Kong, ruby red strawberries from ping che farm, buttermilk and plantation earl grey cream by Roganic Hong Kong, Borneo raw sugar bahulu by Seroja, winter meadow honey chocolate by Roganic Hong Kong.
