His passion then led him to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, where he spent his stints at fine dining restaurants Stella and August and as Chef de Cuisine of Park Hyatt Doha at the home of the refined French Mediterranean restaurant. Through his extensive culinary experiences and great passion, Chef Hazwan successfully elevated Seasalt’s dining by adding selections of fresh yet flavorful dishes of Nikkei cuisines–a harmonious synthesis between Japanese and  Peruvian cultures–to create a memorable coastal dining experience.
