Winning awards for the best ramen in Japan and Singapore, Menya Musashi Bukotsu comes with a modern ramen concept with classic Japanese and fusion-style creations. Menya Musashi Bukotsu takes inspiration from the name of the legendary Japanese Samurai, Miyamoto Musashi, known for his ‘double sword style. Since it first opened in Tokyo in 1996, the restaurant has been serving high-quality ramen that is popular among ramen fans in Japan and abroad, even winning the Number 1 Favorite Ramen in the Ramen Revolution award.

“With our newest outlet in Bekasi, Menya Musashi Bukotsu has now opened more than 30 branches worldwide, including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Hawaii, Ukraine, Malaysia, and Indonesia,” said Mega Nurdiansyah, Brand Manager Menya Musashi Bukotsu.

Here, with a contemporary minimalist Japanese-style interior design, visitors can feel a fresh atmosphere while eating their favorite rame. Menya Musashi Bukotsu serves classic ramen with 3 choices of soup bases, including original, black (garlic), and red (spicy). The ramen can be enjoyed with various topping choices such as chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, ebi furai, and beef katsu. Not only providing classics, but Menya Musashi Bukotsu also has signature ramen, such as Truffle Soup Jumbo Prawn, one of the newest Signature Ramen menus from Menya Musashi, which is currently only available at the Summarecon Bekasi branch. The other signature one is Niku Mala Ramen, with Mala broth and sliced beef topping. The unique one is Yuzu Soup Smoked Duck, ramen with white broth mixed with imported yuzu oranges and topped with pieces of smoked duck meat.

Complementing the main menu, Menya Musashi also serves a wide selection of side dishes, including Truffle Mushroom Gyoza, Dokko Octopus, Tempura Moriawase, Chicken Salad, Tamago, Edamame and many more. “Using the concept of a store originating from Japan, we make our own ramen noodles with quality flour and serve with a special soup stock cooked using the slow-cooked method for 6 hours, so it has a thick and delicious texture,” Mega Nurdiansyah, Menya Musashi Bukotsu’s Brand Manager added.
