“We are delighted to welcome our local community back to La Patisserie, or ‘La Pat’ as it is affectionately called by regulars,” says General Manager Yonatan Kachko with a smile. “It’s been a challenging year for everyone, and our team looks forward to infusing some long-awaited joy and glamour into your day”. Wrapped in elegance and wonder, the confections at La Patisserie are crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, a native of Italy who honed his pastry skills at the Michelin-starred Il Palagio at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. As he says, “I hope my desserts not only fill bellies but also bring happiness, even if it’s just for a few minutes.”
The menu blooms in a palette of distinctive hues: chocolatey browns, honeyed ambers and berry-inspired shades such as violet, mauve, scarlet and rose. Highly coveted in Jakarta, these signature desserts not only make excellent gifts for loved ones but also offer a great way to elevate celebrations at home.
