For two nights only, chef Tom Jack and founder Ben Williamson from Brisbane’s iconic hôntô restaurant will be joining chef Yudha Permana at YUKI Bali for a Japanese-inspired feast.
Since its opening in 2018, hôntô, which is inspired by contemporary Japanese, has become one of Brisbane’s most popular restaurants and bars. On the menu, you’ll find Tom’s interpretation of classic Japanese dishes with seasonal flourishes, always prioritising local ingredients. Tom is known for his own unique style of combining open fire cooking with a contemporary youthful take on Japanese cuisine.
On Wednesday November 29, Tom Jack will be recreating his share-style Feed Me menu with a flame-grilled Japanese twist at YUKI Canggu. Prepare for an extraordinary culinary experience featuring signature dishes that have won over Brisbane’s food aficionados, alongside YUKI’s own favourites and new dishes created for the event. Then, on Saturday 2 December, savour an exclusive tasting of delectable snacks and cocktails at YUKI Uluwatu.
