Afternoon Tea is back at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta – and it is more spectacular than ever. Starting October 17, 2022, discover a superb new selection of sweets and savories by Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito and his talented team. Intricately crafted in a palette of vibrant colors, each indulgent treat is individually showcased, evoking the artful presentation of fine jewelry pieces.

Having honed his culinary skills at the patisserie of the Michelin-starred Il Palagio in Florence, Chef Lorenzo has always envisioned La Patisserie as a destination for exquisite desserts. “Pastry is a science; it is technical and precise. At the same time, it demands creativity and beauty. It is the art of perfection,” he says. His masterpieces are a testament to this sentiment, expertly combining meticulous techniques with artistic flair.

Featuring a curation of beautifully balanced desserts and delicate savory treats, the new Four Seasons Afternoon Tea menu can be enjoyed at two stunning venues – the charming boutique setting of La Patisserie and the luxurious light-filled ambiance of Palm Court Restaurant.

Drawing inspiration from around the globe while staying true to Italian pastry-making methods, Chef Lorenzo presents a bejeweled repertoire of sweet delights. Taste signature creations such as the sumptuous Mango Mimosa Trifle, the elegant Mini Earl Grey, and the refreshing Mini Pisang Ijo. Classics such as Macarons and Scones also find a place on the plate, along with an assortment of homemade jams. Each dessert is elevated with floral touches, lending a joyful springtime flair to the feast.

On the savory side, Chef Lorenzo partners with the culinary team to incorporate both western and local flavors. Savor a selection of delectable sandwiches, from the Italian-inspired Tomato Caprese to the Indonesian favorite Beef Rendang. The gourmet menu also includes bites such as the classic Smoked Salmon, the iconic Chicken Waldorf, and the nourishing Vegetables and Basil Pesto.
