Biryani Rice in Jakarta

For most people, especially Asians, it’s not a complete meal if you haven’t eaten rice. This is a staple dish you can easily find, especially in Asia, but not all rice is the same. They came in different shapes, small or long, depending on where you come from. There are various types of delicious rice-based dishes to eat. One menu that is popular dish is Biryani rice, which is a famous dish from Pakistan and India. As the name implies, “Biryani” means fried or grilled; it refers to the process of cooking the rice. This dish is made of long-shaped Bismati rice, cooked using a mix of spices and chicken broth. 

Their abundant use of spices, such as cardamom, cloves, ginger, cumin, nutmeg, turmeric, onions, garlic, and others, creates a unique taste.
