Helmed by Peruvian Chef Sandro Medrano, he will spoil the guests’ taste buds through his passion for Japanese Nikkei dishes, made of locally sourced ingredients. Chef Sandro hopes to share his unique Peruvian culture through the bold flavors of signature dishes, such as Gindara Misoyu and Robata Niku.
